A Choir is Greater Than One
Certainly singers exist that do get every note correct every time. They are probably not in your church choir - they are probably on the road or in the studio making money!Anything becomes easier and more intuitive after years of working at it and the pride your choir's better readers display is well-earned. But the notion that they sing every single note correctly every single time is likely an illusion.
Your contribution is just as important as anyone else's, and that is not rhetoric.
No one person makes up a choir … heck, eight people don't make up a choir - that's still just an '_ _ _ et'.
