Your part will most probably span about one octave, which means that not counting the note you're singing at any given time, there are only 6 left to choose from!You already have better than a 15% chance of hitting the correct note even if you purely guess - and a much better chance with your soon-to-be educated guess. Hopefully the idea of reading music is seeming more within your grasp. But we've just begun.
