Still the Same

No matter what piece of music, the note on the bottom space, with a treble clef at the beginning of the staff, will always sound the same.

Of course this is true for the notes on every space and every line. Not only do they always sound the same, but for we singers, to a large degree they also always feel the same. Sopranos and Altos have looked at that note and sung it countless times; you know what it feels like and what it sounds like - it is all there, in your brain.

By the same token, the note on the top space, with a bass clef at the beginning of the staff, will always sound the same and to a large degree feel the same when you sing it. Tenors and Basses have looked at that note and sung it countless times; you know that note!
